HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard Delivery: Typically, orders will take 2-5 business days.

Please note, delivery may take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Deliveries placed after 11am on a Friday or on a weekend may have 1-2 additional handling days prior to shipping. Thanks for understanding.

 

WITHIN NSW:

METRO – up to 2-5 business days

COUNTRY – up to 5-7 business days

 

OUTSIDE OF NSW:

METRO – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.

COUNTRY – please ask at your local Post Office.

For orders under $200 we offer:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be sent a confirmation email with details so you can track the progress of your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Gritty Pretty currently only delivers within Australia.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

RETURNS

 

Items can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you provide the original proof of purchase and the item must be in an original, unused and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.
